I love this item. It heats up in 1 or 2 minutes, it's very easy. I use it all day and for sleeping. I hope it lasts. I would buy it again. Fill it well with water because removing the cap later is a bit difficult. It charges by moving the white lid to the side.

The bag already has a treatment tablet inside to avoid bacterias, but don't use water from the tap, you should buy a branded water bottle around 1l to 1.5l that is already treated for storage. The bag took around 1 liter. Seal it with the plug and it should be useful for 1 or 2 years. Don't try replacing the water, just use it for a few years and then throw the bag to the trash and buy a new one to avoid any infection. You can periodically wash it by hand, but not the inside. Highly recommended ✅

Really soft! those saying it is hard to fill, the nozzle that comes with it actually has a thread that fits to a bottle, making filling easy. the port cover for the cable spins to reveal the port. it's big enough to be useful but not so large it's hard to store. i am really pleased with this product.
